Grays Crossing

Grays Crossing is a golf community on the eastern side of highway 80 in Truckee. Developed by the East West Partners, this resort community is situated on an 18-hole, Peter Jacobsen designed golf course. Grays Crossing has a multi-tier HOA membership that can include a combination of Tahoe Mountain Club, Swim Club, and Golf Club for a fee (none are included in the sales price unless specified, and can be purchased separately). Some of the lowest priced vacant lots can now be found in Grays Crossing! Mello Roos fees apply and are scheduled to be paid off by 2035.
